We deliver to the UK through UPS.
Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Whilst the lockdown is in place, Roots Soda Co. will deliver locally, and UPS will deliver nationwide.
Orders are packed and delivered, or posted, by Mark (Director).
Currently, Mark is the only person working at Roots. Tom will not be asked to help while the lockdown remains in place.
We will pack orders wearing disposable gloves. We will also wear disposable gloves when delivering your order.
We will leave your order outside your door, and then stand back a safe distance and wait until you collect it.
For local deliveries, we will contact you, by email, after your order is placed, to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please check your email spam folder, so you do not miss any emails from us.
We will aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, this may take longer, due to the current situation.

During a delivery attempt, if the goods are damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. The delivery will then be returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, the order must must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can not return your order after 14 days.
The customer will pay the return shipping cost.
When we receive the returned goods, we will email you to confirm receipt.
We will issue a full refund–minus shipping costs–after the goods have been returned.
