THE GREAT SODA REVOLUTION: PROGRESS REPORT.

Whilst our handmade, all natural soda has been making its way to rebel outposts across the UK, Edinburgh remains a craft soda stronghold.

Our soda revolution started back in April 2012. We wouldn’t be where we are today without friends and family who’ve pitched in to help Roots Soda Co along. Although our help/team hails from all four corners of the UK, Edinburgh is our home. We’ve been fortunate enough to find a wonderful bunch of independent stockists throughout this fair city who’ve supported us massively over the years. As such, we always get hugely excited when our Edinburgh family grows.

Our journey has had its fair share of twists and turns but in the last month things have started to look a little different, the great soda revolution is starting to feel like it’s gathering a little pace. New rebel outposts can be found at The Bon Vivant’s Companion and Margiotta on Dundas Street.
